We are searching for a Solutions Consultant to lead and support key Client tech-enabled solutions across the Group. This is a role that will see you become a cornerstone of the Mo:dus development team, positively contributing towards sustainable growth. As Solutions Consultant, Technology you will be responsible for:

Lead successful deployments of Client focused technology solutions within both competitive and organic business development environments
Evaluate available Client requirements against existing data resources and technical stack to identify most appropriate solution and likely configuration(s)
Work closely with sales, pre-sales & operational teams to help identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
Delivery of sales targets
Leading pre-sales solution consulting including capturing of individual customer requirements, technical consulting, design and solution proposals, as well as tender responses.
The successful applicant will also work closely with the technical analysts and product team(s) post contract to ensure the solution works to specification and client expectation.

Experience of creating high-level solution designs.
Development of strong and effective relationships with business stakeholders within key customer accounts.
Experience of complex bid and pre-sales environments and processes and of all stage of the solutions lifecycle from sales qualification, solutions design and approval, contract negotiation to transition into service delivery is required
A keen interest in existing and new technology market trends, new products, services and new propositions across technical disciplines within the Mo:dus target Market space and their applicability to industry sectors
Project Management skills to a basic level
Presentation skills
Desirable: Solutions development and capability positioning in formal proposal form in response to RFI/RFP/ITTs. Essential qualifications/experience:

At least 3 years of solution / client facing experience in technology enabled environments
Proven experience in facilitating and / or managing complex technology solutioning
Proven track record of working in a software orientated growth environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceOur commitment to Equality.
