What is the role?

We have a great opportunity for a HR Systems Manager to join our HR team. Although the role is a temporary position (mat leave) it will involve leading on some integral projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our HR Systems meet the needs of our stakeholders and align with our HR Plan.

Duties

* Create a development roadmap covering the requirements of the HR, Payroll and Clinical Resourcing teams

* Participate in internal system integration projects designed to streamline our processes and improve our data integrity

* Proactively engage with key stakeholders to accurately define and prioritise our system requirements

* Identify training requirements and develop user friendly guidance notes to assist our end users

* Project manage any system development work, oversee the testing cycles and ensure we deliver to our timescales

* Manage the day to day running of the HR system ensuring end user queries are resolved within our SLAs

* Provide accurate data and insights on a regular and ad hoc basis to enable informed business decisions

* Develop automated reporting for key people statistics such as employee turnover and absence

* Continuously review our processes to ensure we are efficient and effective

I would be great at that! What skills do I need?

* Experience of managing HR and Payroll systems

* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage, but training will be provided

* Experience of using an ATS (applicant tracking system) would be desirable

* Background in management information would be desirable

* Excellent influencing skills

* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and process timelines

* Demonstrates flexibility

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

* SQL skills are desirable

Anything else I should know?

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract covering Maternity Leave

Throughout covid-19, the team have been predominantly working from home. Following the lifting of restrictions, the team will be looking at a split of home/office working moving forwards offering flexibility where needed.

Hours: Full time 37 hours p/week, Monday - Friday

Salary: Circa GBP40k
