Organisation Development Manager
Field-Based (Ideally located within commutable distance of one of our factories)
As our Organisation Development Manager, you'll work in partnership with the Site (Factory) Leadership Teams and the OD Lead for Corporate and Commercial and wider HR team to shape, deliver & embed Organisation Development strategies for KP Snacks that align to our Values & Behaviours, to build capability, skills and knowledge and ensure that the company can optimise performance and evolve with highly engaged colleagues.

Key knowledge, skills and experience:
* Learning and Development Design and Delivery & Skills needs analysis
* Change and transition (including organisational change)
* Experience in performance management, talent development methods
* Experience partnering with senior leaders preferably in a corporate environment and is comfortable to coach, influence and engage leaders and senior managers
* Project management
* Continuous Improvement Methodology / IWS E&T Knowledge (Pillars)
* Line management experience
* FMCG experience will be beneficial
