THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and growing business who due to expansion is looking to recruit a Social Media / Digital Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the wider team in the business to create engaging content and campaigns and drive engagement across all social channels.
Whilst you'll get full exposure to full marketing mix, you'll take personal responsibility for the management of the social channels which they utilise (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter currently) and source new platforms and opportunities to engage with customers. You will also take charge of their email marketing strategy, creating your own campaigns and content to market new opportunities to their existing clients.
This role is suitable for a CREATIVE IDEAS PERSON, so if you're always coming up with great ideas, savvy round Social Media and have marketing experience, you need to get on board with this great opportunity,.
THE SOCIAL MEDIA /DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE:
Manage the social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on a daily basis
Looking for new social media platforms and ways to generate engagement and traffic
Implementing new social media platforms
Creating written and visual content for social media, website and email marketing
Taking control of social media campaigns for multiple brands
Building a social media and email marketing calendar to ensure regular activity on a monthly basis
Keeping up to date with industry changes and general success in the business to post relevant and engaging content
Create engaging, fresh content to use on all SM channels
Maximising open rates, click throughs and effectiveness of email marketing campaigns
Work alongside managers and directors to promote progress and growth of the business
Managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
Monitoring and improving SEO and user engagement
Using GoogleAdWords to maximise post outreach
Analyse the success of all campaignsTHE PERSON:
Experience with Social Media Channels, Digital Marketing and super creative
Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
Confident to manage campaigns from creation to execution
Able to work independentlyTHE BENEFITS:
