As a people advisor, you will be providing HR advice and offering administration support for all HR related activities including, resourcing, employee relations, compensation, induction, reward, performance management, sickness absence, learning & development to high quality standards and in a timely manner.

You will be working for a well-established Hospital based in Tottenham, north London.
Description
The key responsibilities of the people advisor, will be as follows:
* Knowledge of relevant employment law, HR policies and procedures and HR best practice
* Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
* Support the HRBP in providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
* Coach, support and guide line managers to ensure that they understand best practice across the employee life cycle
* Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
* Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
* Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues
* Role modelling the Company culture, values and behaviours
We are looking for someone who is ,
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to support succinct correspondence and reporting and communicate with a diverse community
* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with managers and stakeholders
* A Strong analytical mind and critical thinking along with good organisational skills
* Approachable and personable with good listening skills, an open mind and empathetic, while still able to be firm when it's required
* Excellent prioritisation & organisation skills
* Mediation skills
* Good knowledge of Workday
* Computer and systems literate
