Job Title: Aftersales Support Advisor
Location: Brighton
Salary: GBP20k basic depending on experience (OTE up to GBP30K)
Full time: Weekday shifts between 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
8:00am-2pm on Saturdays (1 Saturday per month)
Our client based in Brighton has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Support Advisor to join their friendly Service Support Team in Brighton.
They have 7 dealerships across Kent & Sussex and the role will involve arranging service and MOT appointments for our customers at their local service centre. You will need to be polite, professional, friendly and provide the highest level of customer service while making accurate bookings and making sure the customer experience is seamless.
Responsibilities
Scheduling customer appointments for various branches
Providing the highest level of customer service
Working with a large amount of customer data, always following data protection rules
Liaising with all branches within the Group
Carefully handling any objections and challenges
Requirements
Great communication and influencing skills
Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers
High levels of accuracy and an ability to multi-task
A friendly, empathetic, and efficient attitude
The ability to work well individually and with a team to achieve goals
The ability to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively
