We are working on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Liverpool who are looking for an Asset Compliance Lead to join their team on a temporary basis
Responsibilities of the Asset Compliance Lead include:
To be responsible for managing the compliance team to deliver statutory landlord compliance for all the client's property assets and providing an excellent service to all residents and stakeholders
To assist with the development of the compliance schedule for corporate and housing assets, to ensure an effective operational framework is in place to meet the needs of the client and its tenants
To undertake a programme of compliance audits ensuring all compliance performance targets are being met and recommending any actions required
To ensure payments for all works completed are processed and authorised for payment in line with Financial Regulations
To ensure that the Assets team works collaboratively with other teams to deliver effective processes and joint outcomesThe successful Asset Compliance Lead will ideally have:
A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Relevant professional qualification in Landlord compliance areas: CIOB / CIH/ RICS / Equivalent qualification or comparable through experience or qualification in role related subject (or willing to study towards)If you believe that you are well-suited to the Asset Compliance Lead, please apply.
