This role is an integral part of the business requiring effective communication and a professional approach as the first point of contact for customers with ability to provide operational administrative support to the team handling tenancy agreements and property applications.

1-2 years previous industry experience within an estate agents or property management capacity essential
Effective communicator, professional front of house skills essential
Self motivated and target driven
Ability to prioritise work efficiently
Knowledge of the local Ballyclare property market & surrounding areas would be advantageous
Proficient IT, estate agency software skills highly desirable
Compliant and familiar with industry legislation, processes & procedures
Effective rapport skills Responsibilities
Front of house, providing a professional & efficient service acting as the first point of contact for customers
Call handling, liaising with walk ins and email correspondence
Administrative support creating sales advice letters & application forms
Managing tenancy agreements and enquiries
Managing outstanding rents
Lettings
Supporting the management team with all operational administrative functions
