Watkin Jones currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join us to be responsible for managing the end-to -end recruitment process for the business, acting as the first point of contact for the hiring community across our Group (Watkin Jones and Fresh).
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage the authorisation process, sourcing, advertising, interviewing and where necessary, assisting with the onboarding new starters.
You’ll liaise with colleagues across the business to understand their requirements for current and future recruitment, ensuring a proactive recruitment experience throughout, whilst supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
About You
People focused with outstanding customer service, communication and relationship building skills, you’ll have excellent time-management, administration and record keeping skills.
CIPD qualified (or working towards this), you’ll have strong Microsoft Office skills, experience of managing an end-to-end recruitment process with experience of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) inhouse or within a recruitment agency.
