This role, as Operations Manager, is an amazing opportunity to join a GBP2m business with excellent potential and plans for growth, and eventually become Operations Director
The role of Operations Manager includes:-
Monitoring off-site stock levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled
Overseeing delivery stats, being aware of any issues, resolving problems internally and with external couriers
Hands-on order processing to support the Customer Service team
Learning the technical aspects of the products, to enable you to offer excellent customer service, and to support and train your team
Learn how to repair the products, to enable either resell of the whole unit or its component parts
Working closing with the Directors, to ensure logistics, stock, customer service levels etc are maintained
This role, of Operations Manager, would suit a candidate who:-
Has an interest in the Health and Well Being sector
Has an understanding of, or an ability to learn, about the technical aspects of their products, and the health benefits they offer
Has experience of managing small teams, and helping them reach their full potential
