This role - 6 Months Fixed-term Contract
We are on a mission to develop a highly engaging, dynamic and practical learning culture at MTVH, and having an integrated learning systems approach lies at the heart of that. We have made a promising start and are looking for an exceptional individual to help us integrate a digital approach into our broad remit which includes culture, learning, onboarding, leadership, talent and inclusion.
The role sits on our People Experience leadership team and will have line management responsibility for our Digital Learning Specialist.
What you?ll need to succeed:
We have an ambitious strategy for 2021 meaning that your ability to take on and plan multiple projects, continually set and review priorities and stay focussed on delivering outcomes will be key. We are looking for someone who is curious, able to learn quickly, and place the needs of our colleagues and customers at the heart of their decision-making.
The success of our team stems from our enthusiasm, passion for our work, and collaborative culture. So being and staying aligned to that will also be key.
The closing date for applications is 22nd July 2021 and interviews are expected to be held on shortly afterwards via Microsoft Teams.
