We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading company in Harwell, Didcot for a fixed term contract.
About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities will be:
* Managing recruitment campaigns for the business areas, attracting the best talent
* Building talent pipelines through direct sourcing, head-hunting, employee referrals, and recruitment events
* Assisting in the hiring decision by being an active member of the interview panels
* Taking a lead role in all communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process and accountability for the quality of the candidate experience
* Coaching best practise interview skills with relevant manager
About you:
Along with a passion for managing recruitment processes and campaigns ensuring all goals are achieved, we are looking for a candidate with:
* Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process
* A background of working with competency-based interviews
* Experience of working to demanding hiring targets and deadlines
* Creativity when developing recruitment strategies for niche roles
* An appreciation of employment legislation, including working visa requirements, especially in relation to recruitment
The details:
Alongside it being a rewarding place to work, benefits include flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plenty of free parking, sick-pay scheme, contributory pension scheme with matching company contributions between 5-8% and much more.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months that could go to permanent, they are looking for someone to start in the next week or 2.
