Mental Health Risk Management Strategy Lead

Salary: GBP45,753 - GBP51,668 (under review)
The primary purpose of the position is to have lead responsibility for the establishment of a mental health risk management strategy to implement proactive measures for the mitigation of the risks of psychological harm among police officers and police staff of the organisation. The role holder will be devoted to research and the application of that research by leading the development, implementation and evaluation of risk management interventions.
The role holder must have a degree or equivalent within the social/mental health field and proven experience in having undertaken relevant research.
