HR Advisor
An opportunity has arisen to join the HR team as a HR Advisor on a fixed term basis (10-12 months). Full time, 37.5 hours Monday -Friday.
There is flexibility on this location of this role and will expect some level of home working to be available. You will be expected to be able to travel to their Witham St Hughs or Sandy site on occasions.
They are looking for an HR Advisor with experience of working across the HR function and willing to support where required. This could include HR systems, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, employment policy and any other day to day element of the HR function where project work may be taking place. No experience in their sector is necessary as we recognise the value of a workforce from diverse backgrounds, and they welcome applications from candidates who have a strong HR background who are able to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent HR service to their stakeholders. These key attributes may have been developed in other industries and we recognise the value of such input.

The role - Key responsibilities
* As our HR Advisor you will maintain the HR system and accuracy of its data, producing reports for system users in the HR team and across the business
* You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and legal obligations are met with the completion of HR administration tasks, such as the monthly pension auto enrolment process, and other benefit related tasks
* As our HR Advisor you will comply with all GDPR regulations and support the administration of GDPR tasks within the HR team and wider business
* You will support with the integration of our new HR system (SAP) and help to ensure it operates as efficiently as possible
* You will respond proactively to employee requests, delivering a first class service and support to users across the business with HR system queries as and when required
* You will be comfortable working with high volumes of information and be competent in using excel to sort and produce information for stakeholders
