Our Client a Facility's Management Business, currently require an Administrator to join their team based in Dunbar. This is a permanent role and is to start immediately.

Day to day duties are as follows

Undertake general admin duties which may include:

Maintain effective diary management for Senior Management Team, including the coordination of meetings, appointments, travel and hospitality as necessary
Expenses management using concur
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings
Schedule training course for a large team
Review and communicate training compliance
Handling telephone enquiries ensuring all messages passed on in timely manner
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise and enjoy working in a fast paced, pressurised and very confidential working environment. They will have previous experience working in an Administrator or Personal Assistant role.
