MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT REQUIRED - POPULAR HOLIDAY PARK - NEAR SWANAGE - GROWING COMPANY - UP TO GBP26,000 SALARY

We are supporting a well-established Holiday Park company recruiting for one of their sites based near Swanage, Dorset.

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds, facilities and properties are well maintained, ensuring that property owners and holiday makers are safe and secure whilst on the park.

We are ideally looking for someone with a Gas Engineering background, ideally with a LPG Certificate, where you will:

* Complete daily tasks in line with company expectations

* plan work schedules and complete required works in a timely manner

* Carry out costings for works and materials

* Work with 3rd party contractors, ensuring their work is to an acceptable standard

* Assisting with the repositioning of holiday homes and lodges, ensuring they are connected up properly

* Has a background in general maintenance

* Has gained some experience in either a Leisure or Hospitality environment

* Happy working on both indoor and outdoor projects

This is a permanent position, with a 40 hours a week contract across a 5 day working week, which will include both weekday and weekend working.

The salary is up to GBP26,000, there is discounts across the group and a range of additional benefits.
