Do you have experience working in an administration or customer service role? Do you want to be part of a vibrant team? If so, we may just have the opportunity for you!

As an Administrator, you will be providing support on a daily basis to the field and office based team. This role will be supporting the Office Manager primarily & the Directors on a daily basis and as a result will require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Manage Client Information / Databases and File Systems
• Ordering of products and equipment
• Various administration tasks
• General administrative duties, i.e. filing, photocopying, mail merges, data entry, word processing
• To carry out special projects and tasks as and when required
• Dealing with telephone queries from customers
• Covering other office positions when on their annual leave

The working hours for this position is from 08:30 until 17:00 - Monday to Friday.

On offer is an hourly rate of between GBP9.00 to GBP9.50 per hour dependant on skills and experience. Initially this is a temporary opportunity but as always, there is a possibility there will be a permanent role offered for the right applicant.

To be a successful applicant for this position, you will need to have experience working in an administrative role. You will also need to be target driven, highly organised, high attention to detail and computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
