A market leading manufacturer of lift solutions are actively seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide first class customer service to their clients in the Staffordshire area.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be based from home and responsible for providing ongoing routine maintenance, service and repair of internal platform lifts, hoists and stairlifts in both domestic and public locations.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within a field service capacity, with experience of servicing and repairing lifts, hoists and associated mobility equipment. A strong electro-mechanical engineering background is required with the ability to identify faults and carry out diagnostics effectively.
You will have strong communication and customer facing skills; be flexible in your approach to work and hours; able to work off your own initiative and be well organised.
Salary / Benefits
GBP25,728 for a 42.5 Hour Week
OTE GBP30,000 - GBP35,000

Travelling time paid door to door
Overtime - Mon - Fri x 1.33 / Sat x 1.5 / Sun + BH x 2
Call Out - GBP25 standby / GBP25 for each call out.
