We are looking for an organised and flexible individual who has experience of working within a busy environment where priorities can change at short notice. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for HR queries and will be responsible for maintaining high standards across recruitment, employee relations and other employee lifecycle processes. The post holder should therefore have general HR experience, with a sound knowledge of employment law and best practice. A collaborative approach, high emotional intelligence and communication skills are key to this role.
