C#.NET/WPF Developer
I'm looking for a C#.NET/WPF Developer to join a very successful import/export business based in Southport with a GBP140m+ turnover.
In this role you will be part of a development team that will rewrite a VB6 legacy system in C#, .NET, WPF, Visual Studio and SQL Server.
In addition to this you will also have the chance to develop new systems and applications from scratch as the business continues to grow.
Required Experience:
2+ years' experience working in Microsoft Visual Studio with C#, .NET and WPF
Good understanding of OOP concepts
SQL Server Database experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of software design and architecture
Beneficial Experience:
NHibernate
Telerik UI for WPF
Understanding of software design and architecture
Knowledge of SQL server replication
Candidate:
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Hard working and willing to go above and beyond learning new skills
Team Player who can work independently
Good problem-solving skills
Self-motivated
Time efficient
This is a great opportunity for a C#.NET/WPF Developer with 2+ years' experience to join a very exciting and fast growing business, with lots of career progression opportunities.
The salary is GBP35-40,000 with 37.5 hour working week (3pm finish on Friday), flexible working, some working from home (1 day per week), 20 days holiday, life insurance, healthcare and discretionary bonus.
