Your daily responsibilities will be to provide remote and on-site infrastructure support to over 2000 users at 2nd & 3rd line level. You will lead a small team of infrastructure engineers & will support their ongoing training and development, alongside managing and working with third party suppliers on small-scale upgrades. This role includes some travel to offices in the South East so a full driving licence is required.
Essential experience:
* Demonstrable second & third line support experience
* Windows Servers (Apply online only)
* Office365 and MS Exchange
* VMware experience (ideally version 5.5 or above)
* Experience in PC/Hardware set-up & configuration
* Solid networking experience
* Security management including Firewalls, Anti-virus, anti-Spam etc
* Understanding of ITIL principles
* Full UK driving licence
