They are delivering the biggest employment support programme in the UK, only launching just a few days ago!

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The role will based in the Central region and you will be supporting individuals who have been in long- term unemployment or those affected by the devastating economic impact of Covid-19 as well as the ending of the furlough scheme. Your role as the performance optimisation manager, is to be providing support to the operational management team and to help drive up achievement on all personal performance and quality targets.

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to???

You will also be utilising data to identify any areas that may need improving i.e Participants needs are they being met?
KPI's, personal performance targets to aim to exceed
Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to continually monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring it meets and strives to exceed the objectives of the contract specification
Support delivery to pre-determined financial budget.
Be accountable for own professional development and undertake necessary training as identified in the Performance Review process
Your role may include occasional evenings and weekends, as well as being based in different 'hub' locations when required

IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?

Our ideal candidate is someone who must have a background in leadership and management experience and ideally the employability sector.
