Calling all personal assistants in the Dudley, and west midlands area. Are you looking for a new challenge within an NHS setting,do you have previous NHS experience and are looking for a challenge inside a busy HR department.
Rate of Pay GBP16-GBP18.50 LTD (Umbrella) (GBP13-GBP15 PAYE)
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours
Location: Dudley, west midlands.
Job Vacancy:
This support service provides a wide range of business administration and PA support to the senior team including drafting correspondence, producing documents and reports, carrying out research, collating information and data, managing diaries, arranging meetings and events, building relationships and communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including visitors, patients/service users, partner organisations and commissioners. The service is required to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity, using discretion and influencing skills in order to prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
You will have developed excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment. Your excellent telephone manner and customer service skills across the range of staff groups and stakeholders will have been developed through working with the public and handling difficult situations with tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and sensitivity.
