Assist in providing an efficient and effective HR admin support service to the Safran UK Shared Services and other Safran BU's.
A first point of contact for general HR & training enquiries and administering the day to day processes and procedures key in this role.
ESSENTIAL
Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding administration role which requires excellent attention to detail skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Package (in particular: Word, Powerpoint, Email & Excel).
Experience of working with a multitude of stakeholders at various levels.
Able to adapt to a role that will evolve and contribute to the development of the role.
Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner.
Excellent communication skills and willing to provide an excellent standard of customer service.
Ability to multitask, as the role includes daily task variety and the need to adapt to task presented.
Able to self-manage daily tasks.
DESIRABLE
Previous experience within a dynamic, responsive, fast paced team.
Previous experience working within a recruitment, HR or L&D Admin role
