Due to their on going success they are now looking to add someone with experience in the hospitality and event management industry to help refine and mange their VIP client experience.
As head host/hostess, you be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and memorable customer experience, and you will continually lead and inspire the front of house team to do the same. You will oversee to the guests every need and support in delivering key events in the boutiques calendar.

To ensure constant coverage at the floor and guest engagement.
To ensure all clients are well received, and catered for
