IT Manager
IT Manager - North West - up to GBP45k

This is not only an exciting time to join the business, but a crucial time for an IT Manager to provide the technical support and guidance throughout this period of growth.
The position of IT Manager is simply designed to be a hands on role in maintaining core IT systems across ERP, Data and several SaaS products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers
- Hands on technical support ranging across hardware, software, licensing and configuration, desk moves, on premises networking
- Work on off the shelf systems, ERP, PIM, DAM, EDI, webstores, including APIs and data transfers.
- Managing stakeholders and developing a partnership between IT and the business, by managing expectations and facilitating two-way communication.
- Manage the process for new proposals/equipment
- Organises troubleshooting or repair when necessary for IT equipment.
- Implements an upholds the IT budget for the organisation.
About you:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Solid IT general skills
- Hands on experience in a digital first business
- Strong knowledge working with IT systems including:
o Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure Cloud, Networking, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, FTP, and Windows Server, and SQL Server 2016 and above, Windows 10, MacOS.
o Microsoft 365 and all Admin Centres.
o Sage Line 500/1000
o Full MS Office suite including Teams.
o InTune MDM.
o SSO and MFA (Security & compliance).
o Powershell, SQL, and ODBC, Access DB.
o Veeam Cloud backup.
o Lucid Link & Wasabi.
o Zendesk Support & Talk.
o Mitel VOIP & SIPs.
o Document Management system and workflows.
o "Follow me" Secure Print.
