We are looking for a dynamic, professional person to join our team.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees the successful candidate will work as the direct link between the Home and Board to provide formal and informal supervision, advice, direction, and guidance to the Registered Service Manager, Finance Manager, Quality & Compliance Officer and Estates Manager ensuring that the service provided to people living at Turner Home is compliant, qualitative and person centred.
The ideal candidate will have a range of robust management experiences including at least three years at senior level in the residential care and nursing field.
