Are you a HR Officer/Advisor who has a flare for recruitment?
Do you want a role that offers you flexibility and a work life balance?
I am currently working with a forward-thinking organisation based in Loughborough and they are looking for an experience HR Generalist to join the team on a 3-6-month temporary contract
You will be providing support to the people development team, picking up the support to people managers for recruitment, selection, interviews, administration and employee relations. In addition to this your responsibilities will include

- To support the business with immediate people relations advice and guidance, supporting the wider people development team members with their workload during this busy time as we take steps to recover from the pandemic.
- Provide timely advice and guidance to people managers as the business recovers from the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
- Support hiring managers and the wider PD team with recruitment and selection activities, selecting the best talent from the pool available.

Professional skills required

- HR Generalist experience of the full employment life cycle, especially competent in working with managers to identify challenges and find solutions in an employee relations setting.
- Passion for and good experience of recruitment and selection. Thinking outside the box to come up with innovative ways of testing for knowledge and skills in preparation for interview and selection interventions.
- Fully CIPD Qualified.

You will be working from home but must be in commutable distance from the Loughborough office as you required to go in 1 or 2 day a week in the near future.

Ideally looking for someone to start immediately but can accommodate a short notice period
