O365 Product Manager
An exciting opportunity to be part of the project team to support the implementation of Office 365 products and embed it into the business, culture and ways of working. With a Strong focus on strategy, business change and technology operations, you will work with a variety of teams to ensure O365 products enable productive, secure and flexible business operations.
Responsibilities:
* Define and embed technical and non-technical standards, governance and service models
* Understand business ways of working and encourage transition to O365
* Clarify training requirements for training teams across all lines of support
* Ensure risks and opportunities are identified, verified and proactively fed into the relevant risk management process
* Operate as incident manager for major incidents in the O365 or dependent services
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, architecture, security and technology departments
* Quickly learn new technology independently
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of deploying Office 365
* Excellent relationship management
* Influence skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
