You will be someone who loves the buzz of manufacturing, a continuously changing environment, and you will need to have experienced this to be considered.

You enjoy running around and solving problems for your customers, you aren't someone who gets easily flustered because you have the ability to remain calm under pressure!

This is a new role, an addition to the team, John has been promoted to Supervisor and you will be taking on his high profile customer; but will still have him as support.

You won't be coming into your average customer services job, there is a lot more coordination and planning involved with this one!

You will be communicating with the shop floor to make sure that all elements of a customers order are in place before booking external transport and updating the customer.

People buy off people, isn't that how the saying goes? You will be a great communicator and relationship builder, able to use these skills to keep your customer happy.

The goods you will be shipping will be going to both UK and overseas destinations, so you will need to be able to plan and have an understanding of how long product takes to get from A to B.

The team you of 7 that you will be working with are established and when we aren't all locked down they socialise together, it's a very united environment, everyone pulling together to achieve the best results for their customers.
