We are looking for a proactive, hard working individual to join our Manufacturing team in Production. You will need to be a flexible team player with a customer focus - someone who takes a pride in producing first class product, first time. We operate with Lean manufacturing techniques and will look for individuals who can add value by taking ownership of their role and making improvement suggestions.
Your main responsibilities within Production will include:
Weighing of materials to specification
Discharge of raw material tanks
Transfer of stocks
Booking in and processing of raw materials
Fully operating a coating line work station.
Mixing and dispensing of colours.
Proactively contribute to Altro's Zero Harm culture and take responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.
Prior experience in a Production environment may be an advantage though full training will be provided if you can also demonstrate the right attitudes and behavior.
Manufacturing operates on a 24hr/5 day per week basis and shift work is required. We run a double day shift and also a dedicated permanent night shift. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
