Quantity Surveyor

NPS Leeds are looking for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be responsible for providing Quantity Surveying services to the appropriate high standard from inception through to completion. Provide support and advice to a team of surveyors ensuring clients receive professional advice.
Your role will be to assist in the project management of schemes by setting objectives, providing direction and advice on related matters. You will need excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) as negotiating contract sums and preparing high quality tender documentation such as pricing/cost breakdowns and issuing progress reports is essential to the role.
Our Successful Candidate:
* Extensive experience within a construction consultancy environment and be able to provide suitable references.
* Will be degree educated in a Construction/ Surveying related field
* Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( and be working or prepared to work towards Chartered status
* Knowledge of latest CDM Regulations.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence
