We are looking for suitable candidates to work with our client at their Brandon manufacturing plant as a Production Operative / Warehouse Operative. This is just on the outskirts of Thetford.
You will be working within a team (30+ people) on production lines that produce candles and fragrances. The company are a premier independent British Fragrance and Cosmetic House, embodying a passion for quality and exclusivity. All products are renowned for quality, sophistication and creativity and are made from the purest ingredients and finest oils sourced from all over the world. No testing of their products or raw materials are on animals - instead they use only human volunteers, the majority from the very willing internal staff, friends and family to evaluate the products.
The Production Operative / Warehouse Operative role includes monitoring the equipment for efficiency, keeping materials fed into the machines, labelling, packaging and preparing products ready for warehouse storage. The machines are very easy to use and full training will be provided.
Pay for the Production Operative / Warehouse Operative role is GBP8.91 per hour, working Monday to Friday 5.55am to 1.55pm (40 hour week). There is also an afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 2pm to midnight.
No weekend working and there is 20 minute break during your shift.
Parking is available close to the site.
You will also have access to an onsite discounted staff shop to purchase various beauty and home fragrance products.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is ideal, but not essential.
