Restaurant Supervisor / Food & Beverage Supervisor

Our client, a leading holiday home company, are looking to employ a full time restaurant supervisor / food and beverage supervisor at their award winning resort in Cockermouth.
This is a permanent position to work full time variable hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, so full flexibility is essential.
Key responsibilities -
* Ensuring the service of food and beverages is prompt and efficient
* Working with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department
* Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all areas is to a high standard
* Covering the position of Food and Beverage Manager during holidays and sickness etc
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Experience as a supervisor or team leader would be beneficial but not essential
The Role
* Full time permanent position
* Salary circa GBP22,000
* Free use of on site facilities
* Discounted breaks around the UK
* Discount on food and drink across the resorts
