Training Manager
Aluminium Fabricator Training Manager and Technical Support
We are seeking someone with experience of Aluminum Curtain Walling / Windows fabrication for our client who are manufacturers of Aluminium Curtain Walling Systems. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day general technical support and fabrication training for, but not limited to, their fabricators/installers, estimating department and sales team.
The Role
The successful candidate will need to; Oversee and Carry out aluminium curtain walling fabrication training with customers across the UK and Ireland (generally 1-2 times per week), Assist with technical support using system manuals of curtain walling, windows and doors, if issue cannot be solved escalate to head office for further support. Working within a Technical team to handle customer requests via e???mail or telephone. Responsible for the management /co???ordination of all assigned issues throughout the support and remediation lifecycle including providing the Customer with timely and accurate updates.
On occasion visit site for remedial works, install guidance/assistance and technical revisions
The Person
* Experience within a factory/site environment.
* Experience of either fabricating, designing or installation of curtain walling, windows and doors
* Valid CSCS Card (min level is Green) for site visits.
* Full, clean, UK driving License.
* Experience delivering training
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Attention to detail
* Time Management
* Planning and organisational skills
* Good computer and database skills, use of Microsoft Office suite is required
* Needs to have a "can do" attitude and be keen to learn and progress over time.
* Ability to work in structured organisation in respect of company policies and procedures
