Reporting to the Development Director your role will be to increase sales revenue, generate new leads/opportunities and develop client relationships for Enact Solutions to make a positive difference delivering high quality, innovative drama based training solutions.

Key Skills
Essential:
- Proven ability to present, promote and sell products and services, including ability to negotiate and close deals
- Professional and friendly, with good communication (online, face-to-face and over the telephone) and presentation skills
- Engage and interact with a wide portfolio of sectors and customer groups, selling to different sectors, such as NHS & Utilities
- Have good planning and organisational skills and ability to manage busy workload
- Performance measurement, able to use appropriate metrics to set and achieve goals
- Confident IT user and especially competent user of Microsoft software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with, but not essential:
- Experience in using virtual communication platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for sales and marketing
- An interest in theatre/ drama and an understanding of drama-based learning as a training tool
- An understanding of Learning and Development in corporate training and/ or theatre in Education
The role
We’re looking for someone with strong all-round sales experience. Experience of corporate training sector would be a bonus, as would a good knowledge of Learning & Development and Human Resources.
Working closely with the Development Director, the role will include the following sets of tasks:
- Generating new leads and opportunities, including: showcasing products, cold calling; email marketing campaigns; social media (LinkedIn); identifying potential events/ conferences/networks to attend and demonstrate products.
- Developing and enhancing client relationships, including: targeted email campaigns; attending meetings (virtual and face to face) with clients and potential clients; developing and producing proposals/quotes to meet client needs; and negotiating deals to secure new business and contracts.
- Continually improving sales performance, including: developing and maintaining a suite of performance metrics to track performance and make evidence-based decisions; customer research, including product and campaign testing; keeping up to date with developments in the Learning and Development industry; and, along with other team members, generating ideas and engaging in new product development.
- Product development and delivery, including: liaising with Artistic Director, Development Director and Managing Director to create bespoke training workshops; providing a ‘point of contact’ for clients during the project lifespan; project planning and tracking the achievement of milestones.
Where is the job based?
Although our office is currently based in Holmfirth near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, we deliver our products across the UK & Internationally. We welcome applicants from all parts of the UK. There will be a requirement to attend client meetings either face to face (Covid restrictions permitting) and/ or virtual, but with the flexibility to work from home and manage your portfolio of clients.
Rate of pay
£20k basic, including realistic minimum on-target earnings (OTE) £35k+ plus car (this will be optional pending lifting of Covid restrictions), laptop, mobile phone, and Yorkshire based accommodation during training, if required.
Potentially full time (37.5 hrs per week over Monday to Friday), but we’re flexible and happy to consider part time hours.
