Jark Bradford Ltd Driving Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for We are looking for a Class 2 Refuse Wagon Driver to work for waste management for the local authority in Dewsbury
Immediate start available
Requirements:
•CLASS 2 Licence
•DIGI and CPC card in date
•VALID DRIVING LICENSE (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)
•No more than 6 points
•Previous HGV driving experience is a MUST
This is a generic job which involves driving HGV class 2 vehicles to collect refuse, trade waste or skips from households and businesses. You will help to identify and report problems about waste so that appropriate action can be taken to improve the whole street environment.
In this job you will need to be able to work quickly and cleanly. You will also need to be professional and polite with the public.
To work a 4 day week Monday to Thursday 6.45am to 5.15pm to work a 40 hour standard week, overtime rates are paid after working 40 hours and a higher rate is paid for working Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays
Pay rate's standard GBP10.14, overtime GBP 15.21, bank holiday's GBP20.28 PAYE
In addition you will also accrue holiday pay per hour you work
