Engage with existing mast land owners to manager or agree appropriate agreements around licences and access. Estate/Asset management and dealing with land agents and agreeing wayleaves.

Rapidly growing Internet/Telecoms company
Description
Licence agreements and monitor tenancy agreements
Ensure all existing agreements are current, signed with appropriate review dates
Set reviews / negotiate and re-negotiate rents
Complete a full profit and loss on all sites
Organise, check and maintain repairs
Keep up to date asset lists / diagrams where appropriate.
Liaise with legal teams / land agents to draw up license agreements / wayleave agreements
Attend site visits when necessary
Assess the health and safety of mast locations
Submit planning applications onto a planning portal and keep track of progress
Profile
Communication skills, able to deal with people, make relationships and negotiate.
Wayleave experience
Understanding of local planning policies and procedures
Understand of the telecom or related industries is beneficial
Planning. attention to detail and organisation skills.
Flexibility as some out of hours working will be required.
Visio / CAD would be desirable
