You will be part of a team that is responsible for the migration of housing stock from one Housing Association to a new provider.
You will be responsible for;
* The smooth migration of personal details, adhering to GDPR polices.
* Resident engagement.
* Local authority meeting minute taking and participation.
* Dealing with any issues that arise including ASB.
* Being the main point of contact and dealing with any concerns in a timely manner.
* Property inspection - ensuring all properties are being up held to expected standard.
* Resolution management.
You must have;
* A good working knowledge of current housing laws and legislation.
* Previous experience working on behalf on a housing association.
