Role: Building Supervisor
Salary: GBP19,760
Location: Gloucester
Our well established charity looking for new Building Supervisors to join their growing Accommodation Based Support teams based in Cheltenham.
Your main roles will be to manage, patrol & supervise the building and the residents inside, ensuring that the internal and external interiors are safe and secure overnight for the residents who live there. You will also be required to help maintain the building such a painting, cleaning and general maintenance. Defuse necessary situations calmly and quickly and make the correct decisions in situations. We are looking for a supervisor who and empathy and understanding towards the residents, and is able to interact and assist where needed.
This is a full time position of 3-4 waking nights a week.
- Previous experience beneficial.
- Driving licence desirable.
