As HR System Implementation Specialist, initial key responsibilities are:

* Ensure operational excellence from the HR function across all aspects of the business by working closely with key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability

* Successful global implementation of Oracle HRIS to over 600 users, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Time & Attendance System (T&A), Learning Management System (LMS) and Core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules

* Ensure rollout/training to all managers and self-service users globally

* Develop relationships with a variety of key stakeholders around the business and understanding the needs and priorities of each business area, providing and influencing solutions to issues and adding value to support each area whilst ensuring company wide consistency

* Supporting on people change initiatives and the organisational development agenda in line with business strategy and values

* Creating and delivering the right HR frameworks to help managers optimise team performance

* Define & drive HR-related reporting to the Board with clear objectives, KPIs and targets

* Ensures employment legal & regulatory compliance throughout the A-SAFE global business

* Develop, manage and review people policies and procedures alongside company goals, best practice and legal compliance

* Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records

* Assisting the Head of People on any other task as and when required for the People Team

Upon successful completion of HRIS implementation, the individual will remain as superuser and assume a more generalist role within the wider HR team

Key skills required for the role:

* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification

* End-to-end HRIS implementation experience

* HR reporting and analytics experience

* Experience in reviewing, writing & updating policies, procedures, management guidance

* Experience in payroll and benefits management

* Ability to develop relationships and influence a variety of key stakeholders

* HR experience in a rapidly growing global manufacturing business with a complex variety of shift patterns is desirable
