Responsive Repairs Manager

We are currently working with a Housing Association who are based across the Manchester area. Due to an increased workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Repairs Manager to work within their Responsive Repairs and Voids team.

You will be working with an in house team of managers and operatives ensuring that the responsive repairs and voids are delivered effectively within time and budget.

There will be Supervisors managing the day to day operations, reporting into this role on all day to day activity, monitoring quality and performance.

Key responsibilities will include???

Overseeing the operational and financial management of day to day repairs and voids
Managing the delivery of day to day repairs and void works
Monitoring performance and delivery of projects
Introducing improvement plans for effective delivery of services
Management of 3 Supervisors with a team of in-house operatives and sub-contractors.
