HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver required
HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Leicester, East Midlands.
This particular company are well known nationwide, they have operated in the local area for many years and are a leader in General haulage logistics locally and nationally. This company focuses all aspects of Storage and Distribution of general goods. The HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver will be placed on an temp to perm basis.
The Role:
The HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver will be required to work Monday to Friday. The work starts immediately and involves collecting the truck from the depo and staying in the sleeper cab all week. You will Work from Monday and Stay out all week and return the truck to the depo on a Friday. You will receive all instructions from your depo as regards to deliveires. The HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver will be making deliveries of palletised goods to DC's and RDC's across the UK.
Requirements for this role:
The HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver will require:
C+E entitlement on their licence
Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
No more than 6 points on licence
Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Hours & Pay:
The start times are usually between 04:00 & 05:00, HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver will work between 50 and 60 hours per week.
The rate for this role is based on our day shift as a PAYE Driver.
* GBP35,000 Per Year + GBP25 Per Night out + Bonuses.
