We have been asked by our Client to source a School HR Administrator to join the Admin/HR Team.

This role is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

If you have School Administrator, Admin or HR experience this could be for you.

The skills required for the School HR Administrator:

* Excellent IT skills

* Good communication skills

* Be a Team member

* Very organised.

The Role of a School HR Administrator.

* Raising of Purchase Orders.

* Raising Goods Return Notes.

* Record keeping

* Co-ordinating and obtaining of compliance certificates.

* Checking and collation of estates related documents (ie credit cards, mileage)

* Compliance monitoring.

* Stock control

* HR recording keep ie leave records, etc.

* Support Office Manager with HR/policy/recruitment advice

Essential Skills/Qualifications for the School HR Administrator.

* 5 GCSE (A*-C) including English and Maths or Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification.

* A high standard of literacy, accuracy and numeracy skills

* Able to handle confidential information sensitively and with discretion.

* Attention to detail.

* Be self-driven

This School HR Administrator position is full time but may include working from home part of the week so self motivation is required
