The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Branch Manager to join our Jewson team, based in Maidenhead. To maximise profitability through building successful working relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and colleagues; whilst ensuring the branch operates in a safe manner and in line with all company policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?
Experienced man manager
Excellent customer service
Hands On Style
Computer literate & good numeracy skills
Warehouse experience with hand-held Scanners or similar
Great Team Player
Willing to learn and developWhat will your responsibilities include?

An excellent customer experience
Sales and profit targets and Local Sales Plans
Strong effective relationships with customers and suppliers
Understand local market issues and communicate to Manager to support sales growth plans
Appropriate communication on Company plans, goals and individual objectives
Change is managed positively to ensure business continuity and continuous improvementWhat will you get in return?
