We have a unique opportunity within our Head Quarters, Hartlebury for an internal recruiter / account specialist. The role is temporary (Apply online only) Monday to Friday GBP12.00phr

Randstad In-house Services, part of the Randstad group, specialises in providing bespoke workforce management solutions aligned to business needs and objectives.

You will be responsible for:

Identifying current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
Obtaining demand forecasting from the client to ensure effective talent pools are created
Daily Planning and Manning the current workforce to the clients requirements
Supporting, mentoring and skill sharing with all team members
Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs
Monthly reporting to key stakeholders within the business
Daily reporting
Payroll input and processTo be successful in this role you will:

Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, recruiter or similar role
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Experience using various interview formats (e.g phone, structured, group)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display a business partnering approach
Possess temporary, permanent and graduate recruitment experience
Have experience working in volume recruitment
Have the know how for headhunting hard to fill roles
Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
Have good use of excel / google sheets
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
