Position: Support Worker
Salary: GBP19,000
Location: Gloucester
Due to growth, our client is looking for a Support Worker, to help deliver the best possible homes and support to young people and adults preventing homelessness.
Your main duties will be to provide empathy and emotional support to individuals accessing the services and to be involved in the co-production and implementation of action plans and contracts. Liaise with relevant partners to ensure that all needs are being met to support portable and sustainable outcomes. Support with practical activities, those which promote and develop learning, social skills, healthy lifestyles, arts, and culture to give the best possible outcome. Interacting with the residents and building positivity and advise where needed.
To interact with the residents on a daily basis and help support there needs and requirements. Liaising with The Senior and Project Manager for any issues and updates.
This role is on a 37.5 weekly (shift patterns vary)
Salary: GBP19,000.
Requirements:
DBS will be completed for this role.
Driving licence beneficial
Experience working with the homeless beneficial
