We have an opportunity for someone with good organisational and communication skills, to join our team in Health and Disability & Benefit Supporting Services.

In Health and Disability & Benefit Supporting Services we design and deliver digital services to support some of DWP's biggest policies and organisational priorities, including employment services (outside of Universal Credit) and specifically in removing employment barriers for people with health conditions..

As an Associate Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of activities which underpin the successful delivery of the Health and Disability & Benefit Supporting Services goals, ensuring everything is completed in line with the overall Digital Group Strategy and functional business plan.

You will cover a range of key business management disciplines: primarily workforce planning, management information and reporting but will also support wider strategic business planning, including areas such as strategy and governance, financial management and assurance, internal audit and risk.

We are looking for someone is:

comfortable handling data, with good communication skills, that can support our teams in making effective business decisions to achieve the best results for our customers.
