Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic small (30 bed) Residential Care Home in Whitchurch, Shropshire.
Package for the Residential Manager includes but is not limited to:
* Up to GBP38,000 per annum
* Full time hours
* Small 30 bed home

Residential Home Manager requirements and responsibilities:
* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this.
* Previous experience working as a Home Manager within elderly care is essential.
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent leadership and line management.
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
