sous chef required for a Food pub within driving distance of Huddersfield. This is a fresh food pub, serving a good range of British Pub classics and is known within the area. This is just a short drive from Huddersfield.
The role
We are looking for a Sous Chef from a fresh food background to support the head chef. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, train new chefs, ensure each area ready for service. In service you will support the head chef, run pass when he is not in and run a section on other days. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can deal with freshfood.
